A Case Report about latrogenic Cushing Syndrome

Abstract
|
|
|
Objectives : The purpose of this study is to report the improvement of a patient diagnosed as iatrogenic Cushing syndrome treated with herbal medicine.
Methods : We treated a patient diagnosed as iatrogenic Cushing syndrome with s Wiryeong-tang gagam and Sinbeopbanha-tang for 10days. While being treated with herbal medicine, the patient got acupuncture treatment two times a day.
Results : After treatment, weakness of lower limb and tremor got improved. Vomiting and disgusting also got better.
Conclusion : Using herbal medicine may improve various symptoms of iatrogenic Cushing syndrome effectively.
